DESCRIPTION:Hinukwaseja Trolley Tour for Indigenous People’s Day\nMonday\, October 13th\, 2025\nMyrick Park – Main Shelter\nTour Times: 10am\, 11am\, 12pm\, 1pm\, 2pm (Loading starts five minutes early\, trolley takes off on the hour) \nTravel with us as we explore local Indigenous history and contemporary projects to preserve that history. The tour guides will discuss effigy mounds\, cemeteries\, the river\, art\, colonization\, the removals\, veterans\, “survivance”\, and more. \nDestinations include: La Crescent\, Spence & Riverside Parks\, Oktoberfest Grounds\, Red Cloud Park\, and the La Crosse River March.\nThere are 28 seats available on each tour. It will be about a 55-minute ride. Please be advised if you easily get motion sickness.
