Together, we’ll explore the art of crafting herbal mocktails from garden to glass. You’ll learn how to thoughtfully incorporate fresh and dried herbs into beautiful, functional drinks while gaining practical knowledge you can easily recreate at home.

Throughout the workshop, you’ll:
~ Discover beginner-friendly gardening tips for growing herbs suited for teas, syrups, and infusions
~ Learn the foundations of mocktail formulation
~ Taste a variety of seasonal herbal mocktail samples
~ Leave with recipes and inspiration to bring herbal beverages into your everyday routine

This workshop blends education, storytelling, and sensory experience — perfect for groups looking to slow down, connect, and learn something new together.

Kristy Honaker is the heart behind Hona Goods, where she brings together her passion for gardening, herbal education, and hands-on learning to create meaningful, accessible experiences for her community. With a background in Public Health (MPH) and Psychology (BA), Kristy approaches her work through a lens of wellness, connection, and lifelong learning.
