What is SoulCollage®?
It is an expressive arts practice done individually or in community. Founded by Seena Frost, it is a simple creative process that is simultaneously deep and profound. It is a way to “tap into” your deeper authentic self and discover your inner wisdom which may well surprise you!
Through the process of SoulCollage you learn to access and trust your intuition and create cards that are the unique and wonderful story of you. It inherently has a depth of personal meaning that guides the exploration of your life’s questions and sets direction for living into the answers.
You do not need any artistic abilities to do SoulCollage. If you can cut and glue pictures, you are good to go!
