Join La Crescent Public Library for a special event at the La Crescent Community Building (Fire Station), featuring Afoutayi, Minnesota’s premier arts, culture, and dance troupe, based in Golden Valley. Participants will see a unique Haitian cultural experience through the performances, and will learn about Haitian cultural heritage through songs in Creole and French languages. This interactive performance is a vibrant educational tool filled with dance, music, drumming, storytelling, and history.
