Hinukwaseja Trolley Tour for Indigenous People’s Day

Tour Times: 10am, 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm (Loading starts five minutes early, trolley takes off on the hour)

Travel with us as we explore local Indigenous history and contemporary projects to preserve that history. The tour guides will discuss effigy mounds, cemeteries, the river, art, colonization, the removals, veterans, “survivance”, and more.

Destinations include: La Crescent, Spence & Riverside Parks, Oktoberfest Grounds, Red Cloud Park, and the La Crosse River March.
There are 28 seats available on each tour. It will be about a 55-minute ride. Please be advised if you easily get motion sickness.
